Cold-pressed Castor oil is a natural remedy for many problems in babies such as dry skin, colic, fungal infections and nappy rashes and sunburns. It also promotes hair growth and makes the hair follicles stronger in postpartum mothers.
How to use: Depending on the need, our cold-pressed castor oil can be deployed in a number of beneficial ways.
1. For dry skin: Babies often have dry patches on their skin that need more effective moisturising than what mere baby oils offer. A gentle daily massage of warm oil mixed with equal quantity of our cold-pressed coconut oil will provide babies relief from irritated, dry skin. Do not apply castor oil near your baby’s lips, eyes, anus and genitals.
2. Cures colic in babies: Experts recommend a warm and gentle castor oil massage on the baby’s abdomenn using clockwise motions.
3. Treat fungal infections and diaper rashes: Castor oil has a high content of active compounds known as undecylenic acid. These compounds are highly-effective in the prevention and treatment of fungal infections and diaper rashes.
4. Treat sunburns: Castor oil acts as a wonderful emollient for delicate skin that is prone to sunburns. Applying castor oil on the affected area will help soothe and heal the skin.
5. For hair growth: Cold-pressed Castor Oil promotes hair growth by making hair strong and it eliminates dry spots on the scalp.

We offer return/exchanges on all our products except those that fall in the following categories:

All returned/exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Please follow these steps to raise the request:
Create a “Return or Exchange” request under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
Once you click on the link you will be asked for your Order no. and registered Email/Contact.
Upon filling these details, you will see all your products eligible for exchange/return.
Then you can select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and the request is successfully placed.
In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected.
Once your request is approved, the same will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future.
Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
If any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
The shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO HAND OVER A RETURN PARCEL
All returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be returned without the tags.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The color in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
NOTE Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.
