Express Delivered within 48 hours of dispatch — available only on prepaid orders for The Mom Store branded products (₹200 extra charge).

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement. You will receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Dispatch may be slightly delayed during high-traffic periods like sales and festive seasons.
Shipping on The Mom Store is FREE for all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a delivery fee between ₹50 and ₹100 applies — the exact amount varies by your delivery pin code and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Express Delivery costs an additional ₹200 and is available exclusively for:

✔Both COD & Prepaid orders
With Express, your order is delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
Express Delivery is available for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If you select Express Delivery at checkout, your order will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please note that Express Delivery is available only for Mom Store products. Orders containing non–Mom Store products will follow Standard Delivery (4–7 business days).

No. Express Delivery is only available for The Mom Store branded products. Products sold by third-party vendor brands on our platform are shipped via Standard Delivery (4–7 business days) only.

If your order appears delayed, please first check the tracking link sent to your email or phone. Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or in remote pin codes. Address changes are possible only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at contactus@themomstore.in with your order number and the updated delivery address. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be processed.
