- What is The Mom Store’s Return & Exchange Policy?
We hope that you will love our products, however, in case you are not satisfied we have an easy returns and exchange policy. Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website within 7 days after delivery. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Pick up: We offer a free pick up service. Reverse pick-ups are scheduled for you once you raise the request.
Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. In case you wish to purchase another item as exchange, we will issue Store Credit which can be redeemed against the new purchase.
NOTE: Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- How to place a return request on the website?
You can return products within 7 days after delivery. Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create a “Return Request” under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
- It will direct you to enter your Order Number and Email Id
- Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
- Please upload images of the product to be returned while processing the return. In case, upload option doesn’t work you can email the images to email@example.com with your “Order No.” in subject
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- Pick-up will be scheduled soon after the request is approved.
- Why am I not able to raise the return/exchange request?
This may have happened, if you have exceeded the specified return/exchange period. For more details, please call our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org

- How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
Refund will be initiated by us after the product will reach our warehouse and post quality check. In case wrong items are returned or damage is due to customer misuse, the refund will not be issued. The refund amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:
- NEFT – 5-6 business days after bank account details are shared by the customer
- Store Credit - Instant
- Online Refund – 5-6 business days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note, we initiate the refund upon successful return pick up & after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to at our warehouse.
- How to exchange a product in the website?
You can exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.
Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.

- How can I get my refund?
For prepaid orders, refund is issued to the account from which the payment was made while placing the order.
In case of COD orders, we can issue store credit or we will request the customer to share his/her bank account details. Please mention the mode of refund you would like in Comments section while placing your return request:

- Why has my return request declined?
This may have happened, if the item you returned is not the item purchased from the website, used, damaged due to customer misuse or original tags on product or packaging are missing. For more details, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org
- I have received a partial order/damaged item or an Untenanted/Void packet?
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.
- How can I get my order delivered faster?
To get your order delivered faster, you can opt for EXPRESS delivery. It has an extra shipping charge of Rs. 200 per order and can only be shipped for PREPAID orders. In case you place an Express order but select COD option at checkout, your product will be shipped in Standard Mode only.
