Domestic Shipping

We offer same day shipping to all locations in India. The products will reach you within 7 working days in case of domestic orders. Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs. 750.

A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 750/-

International Shipping

We process shipping for international orders within two working days. The products will reach you within 15 working days. A non-refundable charge of $15 will be levied for international shipping orders for all products.


Our products have been hand picked with great care and are of superior quality. However, if you still feel, the product purchased is not up to your satisfaction, we offer free return for domestic orders only.

We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 15 days of delivery. Please submit your returns request by filling out the Returns Form.

Points to Note

  1. 1. Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product

  2. 2. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  3. 3. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.

  4. 4. In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at

  5. 5. In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

  6. 6. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

  7. 7. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

  8. 8. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to The Mom Store. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

    • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, then your refund according to our cancellation or return policies, will be processed. A store credit will be applied to purchase goods of equivalent amount. Alternatively, credit will be applied to your Credit Card or your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, based on the payment method selected. When we process the refund, a refund email will be sent to your email which was entered while placing the order.
