Loyalty Points: Terms & Conditions
1. Point Valuation and Conversion
- Conversion Rate: Every 4 (four) Loyalty Points earned are equivalent to ₹1.00 (One Rupee).
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for physical cash or bank transfers.
2. Redemption Rules
- Minimum Purchase Requirement: To redeem points, the total cart value must be a minimum of ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees), excluding shipping charges and taxes.
- Redemption Cap: Customers can redeem up to 50% of their total available points balance in a single transaction, subject to the minimum purchase requirement mentioned above.
- Stacking: Unless otherwise stated, loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional coupon codes or seasonal flat-discount offers.
3. Validity and Usage
- Points are applied to the "Subtotal" in the checkout process.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points used for that purchase will be credited back to the customer's loyalty account within 7-10 business days.
- The Mom Store reserves the right to modify the point value or redemption thresholds at its discretion with prior notice to active members.

Our system allows one great deal at a time. Points cannot be "stacked" with other promotional coupon codes or during major site-wide clearance sales unless specifically stated.
