Ingredients:
Saponified Cold Pressed Edible oils of Cocos Nucifera (Coconut), Sesamum Indicum (Sesame), Ricinus Communis (Castor) seed; Rain-water, Melia Azadirachta (Neem) leaf oil, Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice (Aloe Vera gel)
The saponification process makes use of Sodium Hydroxide or Lye, an alkali to turn oil into soap. None remains in the finished product. People have been using this process from the dawn of civilization for making??handmade soaps (using ash as an alkali). The chemical ones came in commercially after World War 1 in response to a shortage of fats to make soaps.
