- You can spot-clean your Soul product as required. Please wash it separately for the first few washes as the colours may bleed a little.
- Soul fabrics may show colour variations, loose threads, tiny slubs, snags or unevenness that are characteristic of natural fibre textiles. These variations should in no way be considered flaws or defects as they do not affect the functionality of the carrier. It is the nature of the fabric and these imperfections highlight its natural beauty and uniqueness.

We deliver across India in both Prepaid and COD mode.
All orders (except Pre-Orders) are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery takes 6-10 business days.
For International Orders- We accept Prepaid International Orders.
For Express Orders- We offer 48 hour Express delivery (on business days only) for urgent orders across India with an additional charge of Rs. 200. Orders placed before 6 PM IST will be shipped the same day and orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day.

You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create a “Return Request” under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
- It will direct you to enter your Order Number and Email Id
- Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
- Please upload images of the product to be returned while processing the return. In case, upload option doesn’t work you can email the images to email@example.com with your “Order No.” in subject
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- We will schedule the pickup for the same
- Merchandise from all brands except The Mom Store is not available for return and exchange
You can exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.
NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.
