We deliver across India in both Prepaid and COD mode.
All orders (except Pre-Orders) are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery takes 6-10 business days.
For International Orders- We accept Prepaid International Orders.
For Express Orders- We offer 48 hour Express delivery (on business days only) for urgent orders across India with an additional charge of Rs. 200. Orders placed before 6 PM IST will be shipped the same day and orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day.

All product descriptions state whether the product is returnable or not.
NON – RETURNABLE
We offer return/exchanges on all our products except those that fall in the following categories:
1) Lingerie 2) Gift Boxes 3) Milestone Cards 4) All other Brand products except The Mom Store. 5) Baby Gears, Toys & Nursery Products
All returned/exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Please follow these steps to raise the request:
Create a “Return or Exchange” request under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
Once you click on the link you will be asked for your Order no. and registered Email/Contact.
Upon filling these details, you will see all your products eligible for exchange/return.
Then you can select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and the request is successfully placed.
In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected.
Once your request is approved, the same will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future.
Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
If any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise from all brands except The Mom Store is not available for return and exchange.

HOW TO HAND OVER A RETURN PARCEL
All returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be returned without the tags.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The color in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
NOTE Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.
