Fun Books For The Little Learners

As a parent, we are always worried for their brain development or milestones. So reading is one of the best activities for brain development and especially to improve communication skills, and once you start reading books to your toddlers, the more you read, the more things they will know and explore.

Books for babies should have simple, repetitive, and familiar text, clear and colorful pictures. You can also buy flashcards for your little ones. When it comes to toddler’s board books are best. As board books are durable, less expensive and kids also treat them as their chew toy. Here’s a list of five books for your infant and toddlers to begin with.

Baby-touch first focus:

This book has high contrasting images with black and yellow colour pictures. It is made of hardcover, the edges are rounded out, so not at all sharp, so the baby can freely touch the book. The book will not be spoiled easily too.
Can be carried in the diaper bag while travelling too since it is not bulky. So, I recommend this book for infants (0-1).

Baby touch: Peekaboo:

This book is very attractive to kids. As the name suggests peekaboo, which is one of the favorite games to play for a toddler and they enjoy. In this book they have divided into five sections: ocean, countryside, animal family, and sky and they have a touch and feel element in each category. Kids love enjoying the soft touch part in the book which helps in developing their sensory skills. I highly recommend this book for the above 3 months.

My first library: box set of 10 board books:

This set of books are amazing as it contains 10 books to introduce your child to basic concepts and everyday objects. All books contain 12 leaflets, are very handy as it comes in compact size and edges are not sharp, safe for kids. These books are highly durable as they have thick board paper easy to handle for kids.  The eye-catching picture grabs the child's attention. This set of books is complete learning for kids. I recommend this book for 4 months and above.

Peppa Pig: Peppa's Super Noisy Sound Book:

This book is super interactive and fun. Bright color illustrated images and especially the sound of the book keeps kids engaged. Just one con that the pages of the book are not thick as a board book. I recommend this book for 6 months and above as it's interactive and especially for the kids who don't show interest in reading.

Touch and Feel: Farm and friends:

This book comprises farm animals with some soft, smooth, and exciting textures to promotes sensory development for kids. It helps kids to be engaged with the touch of a book and makes the learning process fun and interactive. I highly recommend these books for 3 months to 12 months as it's a hardbound book so the quality of the book is non-damaged.

These are books which I swear by for infants and toddlers. All these books focus on the promotion of brain development, improving their vocabulary and communication, and developing reading skills with fun.
