Youth is seen as full of potential and vigorous. It is hard to see elder who are career changers. But there is no perfect age for changing career. Only thing matters is POTENTIAL and PASSION.

An experienced employee has a good understanding of how businesses work and will bring in a wealth of experience that can also be transferred to younger employees.

Make sure you have a safety net to fall back on if your new career does not plan out the way it was supposed to be. Ensure that you have enough savings, and also give your new career enough time for it flourish. Always have a back up plan before making a switch.
