First of all, let’s understand why we get wrinkles. We have a protein under our skin which is in elsto form and it’s known as collage. With the age, it slows down its production. And our skin starts getting wrinkles.

Now a days, an unhealthy lifestyle is one of the major contributors to increasing wrinkles. And if you are a smoker then you are inviting the wrinkles much faster than those who do not smoke.

You must be wondering how come sleeping posture can also contribute to getting healthy skin but yes. It’s a fact, if you are tending to sleep on your stomach or on the sides then you create a mechanical compression forces which increases the wrinkles formation very quickly.
