We charge Rs. 200 for all Express Shipping. The products will reach you within 1-2 business days for domestic orders.
NOTE: Express orders needs to be Prepaid.
We charge Rs. 51 for all domestic shipping. The shipping cost is non-refundable if you apply for a return/exchange. We ship within two working days to all locations in India. The products will reach you within 7 working days in case of domestic orders.
You can return products within 7 days after delivery. Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Create a “Return Request” under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
- It will direct you to enter your Order Number and Email Id
- Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
- Please upload images of the product to be returned while processing the return. In case, upload option doesn’t work you can email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org with your “Order No.” in subject
- Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
- Pick-up will be scheduled soon after the request is approved.
You can exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilize for purchase.
NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if customer wants to return Exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.
