Vetiver soap with cold pressed edible oils will cleanse, moisturize, soothe and will not strip away natural oils. The exceptionally soft lather gives a delightfully smooth feel.
Vetiver or Khus has a very pleasant, mild, earthy, and musky smell. Both Vetiver and Turmeric are powerful antioxidants, and have antibacterial properties. They also contain anti-inflammatory agents which together also lighten skin tone.
Is this suitable for a new born baby? No, we have a Baby soap for newborns. Since this soap has essential oil, we recommend for kids above 1 year. This soap makes for a super luxury soap for adults. Pamper yourself.
Ingredients:
Saponified Cold Pressed Edible oils of Cocos Nucifera (Coconut), Sesamum Indicum (Sesame), Ricinus Communis (Castor) seed; Rain-water, Curcumin Longa (Turmeric) root oil and Vetiveria Zizanioides (Vetiver or Khas Khas) root oil
The saponification process makes use of Sodium Hydroxide or Lye, an alkali to turn oil into soap. None remains in the finished product. People have been using this process from the dawn of civilization for making??handmade soaps (using ash as an alkali). The chemical ones came in commercially after World War 1 in response to a shortage of fats to make soaps.
