We offer 7 days hassle-free return/exchange for all The Mom Store products except those that fall in
the following categories:
Maternity Innerwear (Bras are exchange only, and underwear are no returns and no
exchange)
Curated Gift Boxes
All other brand products are Non-Returnable and Non Refundable except in case of Defective or
Wrong Items received, the same needs to be informed within 48 hours of delivery. In case of
damages/defect/missing parts/wrong items shipped we will provide a replacement subject to review
of item
Defective Products, Missing Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised
